Urban, architectural and landscape transformation

  • Client: National Museum of Natural History, EPAURIF
  • Project managment: AREP Ville, Agence Duthilleul, Attitudes urbaines, Michel Desvigne
The National Museum of Natural History drew up the main guidelines for the revamping of the Buffon-Paliveau site.
They aim to improve working conditions for researchers, increase its visibility both among the scientific community and the public, and face the urgent situation of securing the collections, today located in a flood risk zone. Our "step by step" approach –combining architecture, landscape and mobility as well as in-depth understanding of an exceptional site– allows for a high quality sustainable project.
