An HEQ master plan

  • Client: TH Group as assigned by the People’s Committee of Nghe An province
  • Project management: AREP Ville
  • Area: 37 000 ha
  • Cost: 1.2 billion USD of investment
Inspired by successful eco-city patterns in France, AREP Ville inaugurated the concept of a regional balanced development including spots of housing, farms and agricultural supply sites, public facilities connecting through new and improved roads as well as with the main transportation axis of the region - Ho Chi Minh road.
The local identity shall be built through mixed polarities of economic, commercial, infrastructural and residential development as well as large green strips attached with service stations and agricultural product introduction points along Ho Chi Minh road. The whole region shall become one grand eco-agricultural cluster conforming from smaller ones:
- Dairy development cluster including cow breading farms, pastures, processing factories, research centres and vocational schools…
- Healthcare and Tourist service cluster comprises modern hospitals, clinics and luxurious resorts, biopharmaceutical processing and other relevant research centres.
- Eco-agricultural production cluster with industrialized farms, green houses and bio-agricultural research centres.
