Half Moon Bay City is a new town development project for 350,000 residents.
The town’s main industry will be tourism and the project must offer sustainable and balanced development. The site stretches over 250 km² around Half Moon Bay close to the city of Dammam in Saudi Arabia. Half Moon Bay is a vast 10 km wide gulf surrounded by dried-up lagoons and sand dunes, some of which reach heights of around 20 m.
