  • Building: 10 500 m²

Ha Long Bay is recognised as a world heritage by UNESCO.
The project lies on Ha Long coastal path and hosts a number of tourist hotels built with different architectural styles to propose a seaside resort town for visitors. The concept consists in creating a main hotel block perpendicular to Ha Long coastal path and an auxiliary one curving along the contour lines of Yen Ngua hill. The step-back floors of building blocks in combination with the green facade create a perfect harmony with Yen Ngua hill landscape. Rooms with diagonal balconies and Bonsai trees in combination with the sea view allow visitors to fully enjoy the mountainous landscape and the sea from bed.
