AREP Ville has studied the development of a tourist resort at a historic site in Vietnam: the village of Ba Na, a former French hill station nestling at an altitude of 1 500 metres above the vast Da Nang Bay.
This project for holiday hotel residences builds on the natural characteristics of an iconic location.
While preserving and enhancing the site's romantic, cultured image, the design and planning of the hotel complex integrates the principles of balanced development, environmental protection and biodiversity.
AREP Ville has designed a village, a centre of excellence built on its identity, which offers visitors the pleasure of discovering a living heritage and its way of life.
